Donna Kay Parrish, founder of dkpESTHETICS, is an licensed esthetician near you in Oxford, North Carolina. Where the word “transformation” is a promise and commitment – one that she supports clients in achieving through her unique blend of expertise in the fields of esthetics, bodywork, and healthcare. A Licensed Esthetician since 2015, she also has a history in radiology, where she realized her passion for helping others heal.

Donna’s journey to helping others began in 2005 at Duke University, where she worked in the Operating Room (OR) as an X-ray technologist. Fun fact: she was involved in the first hand transplant in North Carolina! She also trained at Duke Integrative Medicine to become a certified Reiki practitioner I and II, making her expertise the perfect blend of medicinal and holistic. She continued her Reiki studies with Linda Bertaut at Chakralicious becoming Certified in Reiki I and II again. She expanded her studies to include "Heal the Healer, Gemstones, Distance energy Healing and Chakra studies. Donna has since completed multiple advanced certificates in specialties including chemical exfoliation, microdermabrasion, lash lift/tint, NanoPen, Master Hydrafacialist, Dermaplaning, skin lightening and more. With dkpESTHETICS, she has taken her knowledge from the OR to the treatment room to create an immaculately clean, nurturing environment so that regardless of how you feel when you walk in, you leave feeling refreshed, healed, and ready to take on the world––where you can look in the mirror every morning and proudly say, “I woke up like this!”
